Would it be possible to make the ability to rearm or bad juju sealing abilities be on an autocast?

I had a game where I had Borrowed Time as a piece of my build with Rearm/Rage with tanking abilities. Occasionally, my Borrowed Time would trigger when I don't want it to and I would be stuck with a 12 second channel time on Rearm when I didn't even want to rearm Borrowed Time. Since rearming my other non-sealing skills was part of my core strategy on that build, it meant I had serious problems when this happened.

I think the new Rearm and Bad Juju would feel nicer if we could have a mechanism (like autocast) to just make Rearm not refresh Borrowed Time or other sealing abilities at all and behave as though those abilities did not exist..
