Major Update Version 3.0 (9/20/2021)
New in version 3.0:

• Support for 10.0.*


New Ideas
• Added new ideas to help make the game better.
-- Always able to make factions
-- Always Send Volunteers
-- More

Cores and Infrastructure
• Core all owned states instantly (AI will use if Overlord is Player)
• Max Infrastructure in all states instantly (AI will use if Overlord is Player)

Industry Update
• Eliminate the need for consumer goods

New Puppet Manager
• Added Puppet Manager
-- Annex Puppet (Core everything, get all leaders, army, and navy)
-- Integrate Navy (Only get their navy)
• Added the ability to become Independent instantly as a subject



I incorporated a private mod that I made for me and my friend which is why some of the items are called "Niko's".
