Update 3.5.1
New in version 3.5.1:

General
• Added Dividers to help separate stuff and make it easier to see
• Added more mod compatibility
• Changed the mods that had 5 days to 1 day for quicker use
• Made the "Disable/Remove" decisions hidden until the decision is enabled/added

Government
• Added Improve Relations to Government cheat

Building Spawn
• Added more Offmap Factory options for those who use sub-mods

Miscellaneous
• Edited Fix Base Game Lag Localization and Values
- It now removes all factories from the country and removes 100K Manpower a week

Localization
• Reworked all Language files
- Please let me know if there are problems with translation
