anyone know where to find a medical vehicel?

I have a repair truck and a fuel truck at my old man house and now i want an amblance or medical truck to compleate the set but i cant find any, only thing i did find was a medical cast truck but it was on the island where the conecting bridge is blocked and i couldent get it out of there?

I think that there's a CSAT medical Tempest in the CSAT base at the pier in Harcourt.
