For Idap i have a vest, facemask and hat but i dont have any idap clothing, do i need the outfit to pass for idap as i dont see any of the exclaimation marks over the gear.

Secondly to enter the port i have a contruction worker overall, hard hat and safty vest but the orange ! only shows up if i put the helmet on, so do i need to put the hat on to pass or can i not bother with it as i want to drive into the port and get all the stashed loot
