Mods? - enhanced movement and urban rapelling?
Would love it if I could jump over fences with enhanced movement, but it doesnt seem to be working. Why is this?

Oh really. would there be anything you recommend I do to make it work? Perhaps mod load order?

this suggestion alone does not work, since i started the game fresh with the mods enabled...

Assuming you've used Enhanced movement before, remember, you have to set a keybind in Settings>Controls>Custom. Usually some ♥♥♥♥ like Ctrl+V or something usually will work

Because I, like many others, have been able to get mods working with the game. You do have to start a few brand new game starting at the beginning for them to work

any solution for this? i started my campagin with EM and it hasnt worked since the start but i tested it without Old Man loaded and still works fine

did you start a fresh campaign with the mod loaded or did you just continue where you left off after activating EM?

I had to start a fresh campaign to get mods like ACE and EM working

Also, don't forget to bind a key.
