no matter how many times I go back to give the documents, all I get is oh so your here then or something like that and nothing progresses, tried to click everything around miller but no joy?

no nothing at all, i have gone off and done someother stuff and came back to him 3 times, he just stands up n speaks thats it, i have ran round him, bumped him, lol even shot him in the leg.
nothing pops up at all on any key/mouse press

I also face the same problem, I have the documents with me, but the holdaction doesn't show up.

just for testing, i thought i would go back to the dock, and even though i have the files, they were again on the table, sooo picked em up again, but still would not deliver them!

dam hope we can get a fix for this, unless i try a new game, trouble is im pretty far into all the other stuff, but it may work with a re start

yep, done a restart, long grind i know but worked fine, so must be a sporadic bug

The bug still hasn't been fixed.

Note that you can just kill Miller and take over the operation by searching his nearby laptop, so it's not an entire dead end for the campaign. Still, it's a very annoying bug and I couldn't find any workaround (trust me, I tried everything).
