Can't find any helicopters
Is it just me or there are no helicopters?

i found one on the island where you do the car bomb mission
it's parked near a safehouse

It's also out of gas, and good luck finding a gas truck on that island to refuel it.

There's a fuel truck in a town on the island to the north of where the car bomb mission is. can't remember the name of the town off hand

I was able to get it back to the airfield gas station on the remaining fumes. I was probably seconds away from a dead engine. The trip was carefully planned though
