Hiya, I saved at Keystone after a battle with the sawmill base. I stole the qilun to get to Keystone. Drove to my house after I reloaded. Alert status was still there when I reloaded, it died on the way to the house. When I got to the house I found I couldn't fast travel. Still couldn't fast travel from anywhere else I've tried. Inns/safe houses ect. Have reloaded a bunch of times to no avail.
