I think I solved the issue? I made a backup of the mod and messed around until I found a fix. I'm not exactly good at modding so maybe it isn't the best way to fix it.

I think problem was on the Community Resource Pack mod. On the ModCRPSymptoms.xml the "Anti-erythrocyte alloimmunization" uses the TRT_INTRAVENOUS_IMMUNOGLOBULIN. Changing this to the TRT_CRP_INTRAVENOUS_IMMUNOGLOBULIN seems to solve the issue.

I'm pretty sure I also edited the ModTreatments.xml to add the Gynecology dept to the RequiredSkills and RequiredDoctorQualification to the TRT_INTRAVENOUS_IMMUNOGLOBULIN. But I don't remember if I changed anything else...

Use Notepad++ and Ctrl+F if you plan to make these changes, they're your friends :)
