Wont work. I cant put a sonography room in this MOD or Urology or The Vagina Doctor one. No matter what I do it says they are missing equipment and shows the exam table as the issue. I tested it and put like 10 in one room and still shows missing equipment and wont work. The only mod that does work is the ENT MOD.

Hello. I really like the mod.

But I have one issue. If a patient collapses due to an undiagnosed tachycardia and is sent to the ICU, you can't diagnose the tachycardia. That's because the ICU can't run an ecg, just the heart monitoring. And unfortunately the heart monitoring is not an available diagnostic option in the gynecology mod.

And there still is the issue with the IV immunglobulies.

Hello, first I love your mod, thank you for it, is one of my favorites by far!

But I'm having a situation where I can't prescribe "IV Imunnoglobulin" to hospitalized patients in Gynaecolocy with the red pulsating symptom "Anti-erythrocyte alloimmunization".

If the patient is hospitalized she'll collapse, because Gynaecology can't prescribe it, so she'll be sent to ICU to receive it.

If your ICU is full, the patient will die just because no other department can prescribe IV Imunnoglobolin.


This mod is just amazing, but this point is breaking the experience, could you please enable IV Immunoglobulin outside ICU please? Thank you so much.

Hi Mac!! This mod looks amazing. I LOVE the amount of conditions this department has. It is so expansive. There are so many conditions that I as a woman didn't even know we could get O__O. Aside from premature birth, I didn't see other active labor situations/diagnoses. Will anything like that be added in the future? I've been trying to find mods where women come in for scheduled cesareans or scheduled "natural" births.

Probably the moms would come in and leave "by themselves" with no visible baby, because that's just a different game at that point.

Definitely not something I'm asking you to do...just trying to see what your thoughts are. I'm sure I can find something compatible online too. Again, this mod is already so elaborate and I appreciate all the time you spent basically re-designing the game to such a deep level. It's beautiful :)

@aydoggie Hi, unfortunately I can only change exam priority. On the other hand, you can increase the diagnostic level of certainty of your AI in order to reduce diagnostic errors.

Please fix the AI randomly giving hysterectomies to everyone

AI always tries does hysterectomy by itself. Even when the diagnosis is like 25%, the AI will randomly assign hysterectomy as treatment and then I get fined for performing the wrong treatment.

Have you an Ultrasound Unit in the Radiology Department or OBGYN department ?

I started playing with this department a few days ago. I noticed that some patients require a Pelvic Ultrasound exam. It's not available to do it even though the Ultrasound Unit is complete and staffed.
Hovering over the exam says that there are no technicians and equipment available, which is not true.
Is that a bug?

@Sponge52 Hi, SYM_INTERNAL_BLEEDING_STOMACH is from the base game and need a GS department (with surgery).
Normally, for gastroscopy, we change the required room to any room but in the base game it’s ICU / Office / Diagnostic unit at General Surgery dpt / Internal Medicine dpt / Cardiology dpt / DID.
Endoscopic cauterization required Operating room at General Surgery dpt.
This SYM can be treated from ICU (in my save) but I’ll check that when I’ve some free time

First, thank you for this mod !!

Let's explain my problem:
I have just had a patient that get the HELLP syndrome diagnosis, one of the symptom was INTERNAL BLEEDING STOMACH (that causes collapse) and my patient was sent to ICU dept. I had just saw that there was no possibility to discover this symptom (gastroscopy not shown in exam list). So, at first, I tried to make this examination available for this diagnose, but even if I was available to discover the symptom, I saw that the treatment was not available for my patient.
I finally "cheated" by modifying my save file and considered that this sympom was treated because I was trying to get no death for 10 days (9/10), and I feeled it unfair to loose a patient near the goal knowing this potential issue. :P

Do you think there is any possibility to fix that problem, or maybe there is another mean that I don't know to deal with this situation.

- Go to your ...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\868360\1920731522\Database
- Open ModDepartments.xml (with Notepad / Notepad++ or other)
- Reduce <PatientGenerationWeight>50</PatientGenerationWeight> by for exemple <PatientGenerationWeight>30</PatientGenerationWeight>
it'll take a day to see a difference in a way

That's okay! I appreciate your willingness to help me though. I am determined to find a way to make it work for me as this is too great to not have in my game. If I find a solution I will be more than happy to post my results. (I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this either). Otherwise, thank you kindly for your help.

@xxlittleleo unfortunately it does not work ... it just allows you to modify the number of patients coming from emergency. Apart from opening new departments (which will reduce the number of patients per department) IDK :/

If you want to reduce the number of patients per day, you have to modify some mod's files (I could give you a little tutorial).
For collapsing there is a mod that reduces their frequency, otherwise you have to be careful to prescribe a blood test and an EKG

This mod is f.a.n.t.a.s.t.i.c and gosh I love it! but I am having an issue where this department is overrun with patients, I cannot build enough beds for them and they are constantly collapsing. Would you have a solution to my issue? (The mods I have are compatible and I have all the DLC packs.) Thank you if you can help. <3

Thanks for the great mod. I have only one minor problem. The treatment High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound. works only with the sonography unit from your department and not with the one from radiology. Again thans for the mod
