Just deconstruct & reconstruct the tile the stupid pod crashed on, OR, restart the game.
What I wound up going with in the end was save file editing. I just copied the map's roofgrid from an older save and pasted it into a newer one. That worked, albeit the floor tiles are still clearly damaged. Guess they'll just be cracked forever. Oh well, at least my crew aren't dying of hypoxia anymore.
Or you can just build ship hull and if you have minify everything, you can uninstall and keep it in storage to just reinstall ship hull on each square
More like, breaks everything.
And don't use vanilla roofs, and don't unroof, they are unnecessary.
also, do Not use the remove roof zone, or you'll have to start this whole process over again.
On that note - Thain - if you're ever planning a patch: Antimatter thruster can multiply Exotic particles when deconstructed:
1. Thruster has capacity of 1000 fuel, but it takes significantly fewer particles to fill it up.
2. When you deconstruct thruster full of fuel, the fuel gets returned back to exotic particles in 1:1 ratio. It prints money...
