Prisoner Escorting

whenever my prisoners go t odo work they always get escorted back by the pawns how do i stop this?

Oh well I am lucky enough to find this in time, I just wondering why my previous set up of prison is not working this time.

Thank you, I had to keep disabling the second escort job for all prisoners to get around this, now I know what to not enable for now. :)
