On the off chance this mod hasn't been abandoned, I was wondering if the in-game mod options tool could include a field for the speed of the repair rate on the mending rack. For me, the current repair rate seems very slow, and while that may be a question of balance I'd personally like to set mine faster.

I looked at the code in the github repository, and I saw where that rate is set, but I'm not familiar at all with forking a project in github, then compiling the code. If the mod is abandoned, I may have to learn.
