Using Terraform (no matter the load order) with mods like No Laggy Beds (a mod which will make linkable objects a lot less laggy when selected, and I mean ... really less laggy, instead of dropping from 144 fps down to 19~22, it will sustain a good 80~90 fps instead) will render this mod here totally useless. There won't be any gizmo entries! You can research the respective items, but they won't be available no matter what. Not even on dev mode with godmode activated!

Upon removing the .dll file from the said mod, Terraform becomes functional once again.
