Bug Bottom bar disappeared

Bottom bar disappeared, UI Disappeared when i start game

This may be caused by UI Not Included: Customizable UI Overhaul, it's the main culprit for this bug

my Ui disappeared since yesterday. even when i removed all other mods but character editor. my fix was to delete the character editor folder in appdata. unfortunately it took me a whole day of fiddling to realize it wasnt an incompatibility,,
