Problem with new worlds

When starting a new gameplay, the pawns never get spawned into the map. Like, doesnt falling on the ground or anything. Already cleared my mod list and cannot pinpoint if its other mod conflict or not but when i disable character editor things get back to normal. So... theres any fix that i can try?
