Can anyone suggest a good schedule for me? For context I have 14 armed and armored shooters (including my leader) who I have dedicated to keeping the colony safe as guards. I have 14 guard spots and patrol spots with biphasic sleeping schedules. The schedules are biphasic for day and night so when half sleep and half patrol/guard so the colony is constantly being watched. My issue is that with that schedule it seems like they will only guard about 80% of the time leaving holes in my defense. My question is what is an ideal schedule for my 14 guards so they can rotate the responsibility while still remaining rested, fed and happy. (note that all of my guards/shooters don't have negative traits like chem interest and other low mental traits.)
