Paratroopers
There is some inconsistency for support units.
The lighter type [Cav.] units for Support Anti-Air and Field Hospital Detachment cannot be used, but their heavier type [Car] counterparts can.
Considering that both of these units require some form of transport, shouldn't they always be unusable, like for the Anti-tank unit?

There is also some inconsistency for the Reconaissance support unit. While the basic unit can be used correctly, but type [Cav] cannot, it is unclear why type [Motorcycle] can be used?

The most logical thing to do would be to exclude any units that use any form of transport.

I assume it is because it is easier to drop a car out of a plane, or put a small tank in a glider, than a horse

At that time neither one nor the other could be released by parachute...

Well tbf, jeeps and fighting vehicles where able to be put on gliders, even a small tank like the M22, something done more so by the allies (mainly due to the lack of major German fallschirmjager operations after Crete), so what he says is right. However you're can't exactly teach a horse to use a parachute and drop it off a plane :P
