Unable to build turrets

I have all the tech and resources required and i can place down the blueprint but after a few days they dont get built nor can i prioritise the build, bugging me as i think im gonna need them late game

I have the exact same issue. Haul bots deliver material but never gets built. Right clicking on the placed blueprint does not show any options.

Just solved it for myself. Put the mod further up on the load list. This resolved the issue for me
