In my game they sided with Celestia and were a major power, their troops constantly reinforced failing Equestrian frontlines which was actually fun, and they funnelled a lot of troops into Las Pegasus *after* Equestria capitulated, because Las Pegasus in my experience rejoins Equestria 90% of the time.
This made them incredibly easy to invade as I have slaughtered a lot of their troops in Equestria proper and in Las Pegasus before the invasion.
You inherit partially Equestrian fleet and it's enough to set up an invasion.
