Do synthetic crystals work?
Recently I've been playing both Asteron and Bakara, and I noticed that despite taking the focus that is supposed to give synthetic refineries crystal production, there has been no change in my crystal resource. This is the case with both nations.

Is the bug on my end, or does it just not work?
