Civil war shenanigans
So I started the equestrian civil war (Somethin Ive done a dozen times cause this mod is so in depth with so many choices) but this time I had historical focuses turned off. I dont know what happened, but the crystal empire is now nearly half fascist and somehow ended up at war with equestria, basically on nightmare moons side. No idea how that happened.
Edit: Would like to add I wasnt plannin on playing either major side, but the main civil war is almost already over just as the south finished drafting their constitution because of the crystal empire going to war with equestria.

Yeah... Sombra has a focus that makes a political marriage between him and Nightmare Moon that's what happened. Sombra can choose between that or marrying Chrysalis. Worst civil war mess I saw, Sombra took the Crystal Empire and joined on Nightmare Moon's side, then Stalliongrad joined on Equestria's side, the Changlings invaded Olenia, which made Equestria (still in civil war) declare war on the Changelings, then the Polar Bears and the Changelings went to war, and then the Penguins and Polar Bears went to war, don't worry though Nova Griffiona and Jaki-Clan joined the war as well to help the Penguins... Equus kinda just exploded in war. Everypony was fighting everypony, and nopony really knew why. The Great Equus Unification War lasted so long the humans (The E.U and Soviet Union) ending up joining the war as well. Figures the 1 game I don't play on Equus :steamfacepalm:.
