Any way to remove anti-grain warheads in the cities?

Personally, I feel like the anti-grain warheads instantly wipe out my entire raiding party on arrival, with no way to dodge them in time. Is there any way I can turn off anti-grain warhead use in the cities or prevent them from generating?

Nevermind, I'll just opt for turning off mortar defences for the time being.
