The newly implemented low cd on dash is kinda broken, you can dodge and disjoint everything

Oh right disjointed projectiles mess things up don't they, I'll have to add a check for that too.

I tried couple of heroes, but most of them fail at round 11 or 12 due to uh... well.. they just can't :( but this legion finishes this 1st try like a boss. she's just too strong with many cd reductions
