icons are not changing.

How to change all the icons especially all folder icons according to the theme?

You can change the taskbar items with an application called Taskbar Items Pinner, the Library Icons with similar application called Library icon changer, both available for download on door2windows, google on it, I've forgotten the exact location, but this far I've always found it fast.
