I've overwritten your script onto the old dotabuff script, I've put on my player ID inside the file itself (Not via the main config file) but it still won't show any stats.. Help! xD

Hmm do you have the skin yet installed?

How's the progress on the dotabuff script?
Can't wait for it to be fully working.

The Rainmeter part (the skins with launchers, stats, etc) do; though actually since the dotabuff change the stats are only partially usable now.
The visual style itself (taskbar, window borders) is only for Windows 7 now because I couldn't find anyone to port it back when I did it; those few who said they'd do it asked for quite high price, so I decided to leave it be for the time being. Might try around asking again if there's enough interest.

What's the chances of making it fit nicely on 1366x768? Its way to big to use as is. Looks good and cant wait for the Rainmeter part to be updated :P

I'll update it soon, have little to no time nowadays so I've forgotten to update the Rainmeter, when I've made the adjustments thanks to a friend to work with dotabuff afterwards they changed their code.

I tried following the manual instructions. Seems like there are permissions issues. I've been trying to fix them. If I figure it out I'll post here in case anyone else has the same issue.

I'm currently working on another D2 theme though, where the taskbar itself will look like the top bar of the game menu, etc.

Not sure, if you've installed either uxstyle or Universal Theme Patcher it should have worked.

In the package (that's linked on the DA description) there should be the icons, as to applying them I'd use a program (that's also included) called Taskbar Items Pinner; it makes changing the icons in the taskbar way easier.

Text often seems like not readable coz of low contrast (faded inactive text, links like in the left panel of the control panel, selected items in the list if app launched in the task manager, etc.)

yes i did use the uxtheme patcher but then it crashed my explore.exe so i had to run the cmd and start sfc.exe /scannow to fix it then i tryed the one you linked and still nothing

i have done For the Visual Style:
Install the fonts from \Fonts folder first

1) Start the theme installer
2) select the theme file and the shell32 (from \shell32\64 bit shell32)
3) Click on install
4) Start start orb changer
5) Select the bitmap from \StartOrb folder and apply
6) Start Navigation icon customizer
7) Select the matching files from the \ExplorerFrame folder and apply
all of that just like you said to do in the how to install discussion when the top taskbar didnt pop up i tryed the rainmeter and got the top taskbar but nothing els worked

Are you using Windows 7?
If so, it doesn't look like you've installed the Visual Style yet.
If not, the VS doesn't work on Windows 8.
