Required traits missing
During rpgo's first level, where you can select which traits your squaddie starts with (might be a second wave option) the required traits to unlock the armor and skills of the super soldiers are missing for me. But as far as i can tell I have every required mod installed, as well see the skills I could normally select in the promotion screen, though locked behind the requirement of the trait. Any suggestions?

I've got the same issue and couldn't find a method to make it appear, I tried disabling the rpgo and only leave the core, changed the number in deck but none works for me. DId you find any way to make the trait appear like the first picture in the core mod?

Just encountered this issue myself. Trying to use Commander's Choice and Origin.

The Supersoldier traits are just gone. Seems the author is missing in action too. His last post in the bug reports discussion dates back to 2020!

I'm currently also trying to find a proper balance between SWO Origin + SWO Commander's Choice while getting small random pools (since I have a lot of classes and perks).

From what I can tell, starting skills (origin, traits, what squaddies get), do not get them* but when choosing a Super Soldier Class (when they rank up again), they do get the required trait.

Ultimately, I think I'll have to decide to disable either, with Origin being the most likely, since it's rather frustrating to match starting stats (not created equal) with starting traits (origin) and classes (commander's choice). Too much choice is bad, I think, hence why I won't want to optimize each and every thing.

Anyway, it may seem like that the 'trait requirements' on the Specialization page may be misleading since the page table also reads 'trait added'. It's rather confusing.

*Incidentally, I, noticed after writing the above, I forgot to disable the Super Soldiers classes.

After days of research, I finally find the ultimate solution. I was surprise no one ever share it before. So, the key is we are missing traits, then add them into the list. First, open the RPGO MOD Folder (1280477867), in "Config" Folder find "XComClassData.ini", save a copy of it, in case things massed up. Open it in Notpad, the find "+RandomAbilityDecks=(DeckName="InnateAptitudesDeck" ". You can see a list the traits name, just follow the list with.

(AbilityName="N7Training" ), \\
(AbilityName="SpartanIIProgram" ), \\
(AbilityName="NanosuitRaptorTraining" ), \\
(AbilityName="NinjaTheWayOfTheNinja" ), \\
(AbilityName="CyborgCyberneticConVersion"), \\
(AbilityName="GhostProgram"), \\
(AbilityName="SSPsychic"), \\

That should be all we need. I also recommend to remove some APT traits, as most of them have side effect or limited use environment. Traits list too long may lost our newly added traits.

So i tried the fix here and it does work. It does enable the trait, but i cant see the specialization at all. I took the ghost training and none of the ghost related specialization shows up
