Strange "ERR" bug when adding to a save?

When i add this mod to a save I have no issues till a trader or a raid happens when the names are "ERR". when i remove this mod i have to restart the whole save. Is this happening to anyone else or is it just my game is bugged?

I verified the files and didnt see an issue.
