Forgotten Gods Demon Head
So I have tried placing blue gems in the demon on the west side, and he now fires electricity instead of poison. It doesn't seem to do anything else though. Have I missed something? Can I remove the gems? . Clear answer appreciated!

so this is an old question but ill answer it for future people you need to run the corridor turn right and in the room on the wall there is a small switch that starts a redirection portal for a few secs, do it fast enough you will unlock 2 secrets one with the lightning and the other with the poison ball
