I've decided to add this to the next update as a config option, the multiple mutations will return very soon.
Also, now that the kibble can only be used in the mother, we can't assure 20 mutations from both sides (mother and father) but just the mother?
No, MutationRolls means you will only get a single new mutation. You can breed your dinos with mutations and the offspring will inherit just fine.
Also no, the father has never worked with the kibble and you still get mutations on both sides. I think its just a higher chance for the female side.
MutationRolls is the max amount of mutations that can be gained from a single breeding. So if you set this to 5 and use an Extraordinary Kibble you will get 5 different random mutations. If using a lesser kibble like basic which is a 16% chance, if you are lucky may end up with 1 - 3 random mutations.
MutationPoints is the amount of points a single mutation will give to the mutated stat (default is 2). so if you have this set to 10 and have a 40 stam and mutate stam ONCE it will come out with 50 stam
Yes it is much higher to get female sided mutes and that is how it is going to stay for the time being until I work out an alternate solution. Just breed that female with your male breeder parent for now and you can switch the counter to the fathers side.
