[Bug] Copy/Paste Ignores Falloff of 0.0f
If I set the falloff of a truss light to 0.0f, and then copy the configuration of the truss light, Build Vision ignores the falloff value and when pasting onto another truss light, does not set the falloff.

If I instead set the falloff to 0.01f, then it does actually copy the value.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Place down an interior light.
  2. Set falloff to 0.
  3. Copy all configuration of the interior light.
  4. Place down a second interior light.
  5. Paste the configuration copied from Interior Light 1 onto Interior Light 2.
  6. Check the falloff value of Interior Light 2.
