[Bug Report] Can access enemy NPC Thrusters
As said. With BV I can go turn off an enemy NPC thruster. Don't think this has always happened in the past. I have not included a log or anything, as its very simple to replicate. Spawn an enemy NPC ship in with MES and fly up to it and you will have access to the Thruster.

May be best to do a BigOwners check on the grid that the thruster belongs to, and if not owned by the player, disallow.

Space Engineers hasn't had ownership settings on thrusters, lights, suspensions and a number of other blocks for a very long time. If you were to place down a control panel on an enemy grid, you'd find you have full access to quite a few blocks, some of which you could do a lot of damage with, only unlike Build Vision, you could control many at once. In short, this is expected behavior.

With that being said, it is possible to identify blocks without ownership permissions and, in those cases, fall back on the BigOwners list. It won't prevent griefing or improper terminal access in general, but it'll help control things on my end. I'll have an update out for it tomorrow.

Went ahead and pushed the update. Access to blocks without ownership settings is now restricted to big owners and players with at least neutral faction standing.

Thanks. Appreciate all the effort. Yeah SE certainly has its flaws.

Dark Helmet -- Would you mind adding an exception for people in Admin rank please (specifically if "use all terminals" is enabled would be most correct, but just admin rank 4 is enough really)? We can already use it on all other blocks if we have "use all terminals" enabled; but now it restricts us from blocks without true ownership

The mod API doesn't allow me to see what admin tools are being used. I could add a check for admins, but it would have to always allow access to admins, even if the "use all terminals" option were disabled. What, exactly, is the use case for this anyway?
