Testing the aircraft recently has seen the flaps constantly extended when initially turning the engine on.
The flaps seem to transition to normal when reaching speeds of above 500km/h.
Adjusting flaps manually does not work. They seem to operating automatically, not actually reacting to user control but to aircraft speed, which seems very odd.

Tested this with no mods loaded, on the latest version of Arma.

Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.
