Yes and no. Lost Island uses mostly custom spawners, meaning that modders can't add their creatures to the map until the CK updates, and who knows when WC will push that update out.

There are *some* creatures that can spawn on the map, however.

what ive seen so far is the bull, cow, shark, whale, penguin and squid are naturally spawning. For the rest im using the simple spawners mod, a mod i wish ive used much earlier then i did for my servers.
