It's probably pointless to be commenting here now, but the name choice for the cat bothers me a bit because it sounds like no effort was put into finding a name for an extinct felid that could at least somewhat matches its appearance (bobcats are named after their short tails). On a quick search, I came up with Pristifelis and Leptofelis.

Really neat mod, bit sad most modders have moved on to ASA or just abandoned their projects. There was so much left to do here.

Im addicted to the homotheriums.

Man, really missing my Homotheriums on ASA. Theres even a Atlas Tiger in a mod that jumps like a Kangaroo, which is kind of funny yet wasteful. No Atlas mod compare to this one.

I havent tried Marnii wildlife yet. I personally like this mod because of the homotherium (tiger)

That's a shame. Was gambling between this and Marnii wildlife but this adds the Lycoteuthis (Squid) which really caught our attention.

No, They don't I had the exact same question. They work on all maps except that one i think. The mod works really well on valguero however.

how do you spawn saddles or bps.

So I am working on a showcase, the delay was lots of irl stuff. And ive noticed a few things/had questions about it.

1. Is the chicken supposed to be so big? its rideable.
2. When you throw the penguin, it doesnt just stop like other small creatures. it just keeps walking on and on.

Just to let you know, if you hadn't heard already, that Grapevine has given the go ahead to use Atlas assets in ASA!

Where do you craft the saddles?

If someone want to use this mod and animals dont spawn use mod "Simple Spawners". Setting it up will take some time, but it works (I play on Lost Island and it works)

Is it pssoible to play it on the Fjordur map?

Not sure if this was posted anywhere else, but can a Homotherium go into boss arenas? I'm aware that Thylas can't because of their ability to climb so I can only assume that the same ruling applies to Homotheriums.

I put this mod on my server (Ragnarok) but haven't seen any of the new creatures. Do I need to start a fresh world for these creatures to spawn in naturally?

honestly already impressed with everything that is here at the current moment have played with this mod for a while and just enjoy the different taming methods and reading through the spawn code list see you had a fun time making this and coming up with stuff like taming methods or things creatures do just all around wonderfull

None of the dinos are spawning

I thought the mod was just awsome but I cant get any of the dinos to load? I downloaded the mod and such but no dinos? is there a 2nd mod that has to go with Atlas to make it work?

The mod is awesome, but i have one problem. The Dryptosaurus is bad af. He is just a way worse RockDrake. If you could double the damage he does when tamed, then he would be a strong alternative, but now he is just incerdibly bad. Orincrease the damage buff it does when fear-roaring

@dimce They can be picked up to grant a buff that provides warmth and an XP boost. You can also bring them into the water as a "mount" similar to the Diplocaulus. When "ridden" this way they have a ranged attack. Lastly, they are needed for whale taming, as they let you make the lice treatment.

Also, since there's a slight chance that Sivatherium might get officially added to ARK via the current community vote, you should consider relabeling the Giraffe as Decannatherium, a four-horned giraffe that used to live in Spain during the Miocene (also because the actual Sivatherium had more moose-like horns rather than the slender horns of the in-game Atlas Giraffe model).
