Simulation error: Array index is out of range.

No it's not related with TM:PE. Make sure all required mods are available and enabled when loading the savegame. Error like this might be caused by broken/modified outside connection, eiher manually or when something go wrong in 81 tiles mod

Not related with the topic, moreover, not caused by the mod.

it was caused by mod since un/resubbing fixed it but yes not on topic
