Does adding more parking mean people use less public transport?
First time trying realistic parking/no despawning. Traffic flow is 85% so everything is working fine.

Only seeing 2.6k citizens out of 78k using public transport. In vanilla, I'd expect to be closer to 10% use. Conversely, tourists public transport is pretty high (about 1/3).

Wondering if adding so much parking (which gets filled up very quick) makes people choose cars more or more generally why usage is so low?

Check citizen instance limit (with Watch it or CSL show more limits mod). Every citizen driving a car requires one Citizen Instance and one vehicle instance to spawn and move. Citizens moving using public transport also use Citizen instance.

Thanks, city was still within game limits - just seeing lower public transport usage compared to vanilla. Not sure if the game is punishing me for having good road network/lots of parking.
