Main menu options greyed out

Hey guys, the options for TM:PE in the main menu are greyed out and i cant change anything like the dynamic lane switching or advanced AI parking, any help please?

I think you can only edit certain settings once you've loaded a saved game. Just saying in case you're new.

You really should add global settings, it's a pain to configure this mod for each game, please.
