Right now the mod can only toggle animations off for non-colonists, but I'd like to toggle animations off for colonists as well. The reason is that I like the faces, but many animations don't work well with races.

For example, sleep animation on races with head addons will 'bob' the head but not the ears. Very jarring to see. I've seen this with Nyaron, Zabrak, Twilek, and A Rim Reborn races. Long term, better compatibility is needed for the race mod, but short term, disabling animations would look better.
