Can't be Seen by Orbital Beacon
Is it normal for the orbital beacon to be unable to detect items within a storage furniture? I just noticed when a trader passed by that I had basically nothing to trade, even though I had a ton of stuff in storage.

NOT normal. Can they detect things in normal vanilla shelves?

I'll try and set something up.. Might take some time since Trade Ships don't seem to like my colony -.-'

There is an option in the debug action menu, if you want to be heavy handed!

Thanks for that. Seems like the beacon is picking up the things in storage as it should.

But I've been able to find a different problem (maybe): No trader wants to buy food. Only thing they are interested in is survival meals... Is this normal?? I mean, shoulnd't they be insterested in lavish meals as well?

Do you know, I've never had an orbital trade beacon near my food reserves, and I've never had lavish meals that last for more than a second.

So I don't know at all.

I encoutered similar issue:
I have plenty of simple meals in my deep freezer.
Caravan comes to my colony.
Simple meals are not on the list of goods. They are not grey as itemts they don't like to trade, it's just not there.
So I would have to unload them to stockpile zone before selling it. Is it intended or is it a bug?

EDIT: well, this food stack is visible when forming my own caravan, so looks like it's just trader not wanting to buy it, even when I put it outside of fridge...

Mmmmmm, more cabbage soup. Let's buy hundreds of gallons of this stuff - they'll love it over at the next glitterworld we visit!
