Remove delay on spectate mode ?!
I wanted to help and guide my friend when im waiting for him but when i spectate there's a delay so it's hard to tell or watch since in the game you can see what everyone is doing so what's the point of delay ?

I have dota plus, but i couldnt watch the game live too. Its possible that you can ask a higher skilled friend for an advice, or maybe you can join forces with 10 skilled players and they can tell you what to do. You know its not FPS game, all you need is to do correct decisions and your rank will go up.

If you want to help your friend get better why not tell him what to do after/before the game?

If you want to boost his rank then yeah, you'd want no delay. Outside observer actually gives tremendous unfair advantage.

How is it unfair if everyone can see it either i can go to his place and help him its fine but then again its still the same thing its coaching it's not playing for him and the game is free there is no rule that you can just spectate in real time and help since u can see everybody's board

Because this game has limited time and any external help actually does a lot. Mid game observer can scout the whole board and tell you what pieces are taken, while you reroll and position. Yeah you can do that alone, but again, not as effectively.
Late game (especially 1v1) observer can basically control every reposition your opponent does in his attempts to counter you, while you insta react, without any distractions. You absolutely can't beat someone with observer on their side in 1v1 (unless ofc they are both total noobs).

Doesn't really help anything if we're just there to look at people to help, remember the game is also RNG so having 1 person to overlook others board while telling the player to do what he has to do is a waste of time, while just spectating and suggest is more effective on getting into the game. Boosting is useless on autochess since you will be easily get stomp by bishops or rooks either way. The point is to let everyone enjoy the game together in real time while helping your friends. Literally if you think people would waste their time just to help a dude win a match of auto chess to earn what 3-4 candy and your rank could go up about 1 or 2 sometimes u can get lucky and go above 3 tiers. The positive aspect appeals more than how you think it is unfair that you think it's unfair you attempt to counter someones chess build by having a friend helping you look over others. Of course, people will be watching and suggesting counters so they can understand but the game is RNG base and its 8 players not 2, it isn't Hearthstone. It's Autochess.

This game has nothing to do with rng (unlike hs). And observer helps a lot. Ok, might help a lot, obviously its not always the case and maybe you really just there to have fun. Then you can just play the game together? Why would you care about winning at all then, if you're there to have fun?

If you want to help your friend become better you can do that before/after the match. Or as an observer with delay.

If you want to help your friend win you want to be observer, and no delay obv... Cause that really gives advantage.

EDIT: Here's a simple thing (I hope its simple XD ). If you want your friend to git gud (as "they" say) you want to explain him why you make your decisions. And, if anything, its actually better done outside of a match.
BUT, if you just want to make dicisions instead of your friend (which would only help with gaining rank, but not actually improving - as you pointed out yourself) then you want no delay...
