Suggest changing "Ill gained pizza".
Some enemies in this game don't scale. If you've got say an ironclad block deck, and a pizza, and are fighting any non-scaling enemy (like the fuzzball or a slaver or a slime) then you can basically keep skipping turns for about 12 hours to gain a few thousand gold to buyout all the shops.

The main problem is the stupid amount of time this takes. Imho any relic should not create a situation where the optimum play becomes excessively tedious. Awarding one gold every other turn creates this situation. Say if it gave 10 gold when you fully block an attack, but only once per combat, that would be okay. Or e.g. something else (note there's already another mod with a +2 gold item where you have to take actual hp damage).
