The Tome of Technique Event is an occurrence that pops up on the 3rd act with the Champ hero. The prompt is to either read the tome for a skill trigger on an attack or to leave the event. If you continue down the option to add a skill trigger to all your attacks to the point that you have no more attacks left to add... You become soft locked without the ability to leave the event ending your campaign.
