Error preventing me from using mods?

"Exception in thread "LWJGL Application" com.badlogic.gdx.utils.GdxRuntimeException: OpenGL is not supported by video driver"

I don't know if it's to do with the mods I currently have, doesn't help that this is my first time trying to use mods but I'm using:

Mod the Spire
Slimebound
stslib
Basemod

I have the same issue... The way described here https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/1605060445/1743356517517329762/ not working :(. Any other ideas? :(

I was having this problem lately, but managed to fix it by doing a clean install of my video card's driver. It's a little annoying losing all my settings, but it fixed the problem for me.
