If you have Expansion then you don't need this mod in load order. just uninstall this mod and you should be good.

The "If you have Expansion you don't need this mod" is not true for every mod that needs this mod to work. Livonia Caves will not work without this mod and now server wont start with this mod installed sadly. Not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but letting anyone who might be running all these mods together in hopes there is something we can come up with so all the mods work together. Lol and in "we" i mean mod makers because I know jack about making mods :)

I am getting error for fireplaces as well just trying to use editor, has anyone found a fix for this yet?

Just because the steam workshop for a mod says it requires builderitems, does not mean you HAVE to load it. If you have expansion, simply do not load builderitems, trust me, it will work fine.

major noob here. at least to modding and running my own server. how do i know if i am running the expansion you are speaking of?

It's not an official expansion, it's a set of mods "DayZ Expansion"
