Same here. Server can't start.
Addon "BuilderItems_Bliss_Military" requires addon "DZ_Structures_Bliss_Military"

Found the issue, for some reason my steamCMD did not update the server files.
I check local install via normal Steam and found a "bliss" folder which was missing.

TL;DR
Server did not update correctly

Confirmed FIX. Thanx BrutalBirdie.

Goto DayZ root directory, copy Bliss folder into server root directory. Profit :steamhappy:

Cant find "DZ_Structures_Bliss_Military" in Bliss_folder
