cot is currently toggled off
how do i fix this, last update says its default toggled off now but i cant figure out how to toggle it on for me

i did try that and nothing happen... when i press Inser, it tells me that cot is turned off

It says its toggled off i did everything I had to and it's still not activating after pressing end
