I have been working in DayZ editor and have only the following mods loading on a "local" vanilla game.

The problem I am having is I cant get the menu for COT to enable but I do get the message that COT is not enabled when I press H or other keyboard commands.

Is there a location where I need to go to get the permissions for COT to allow its use on a local game?
