Enter your steam ID, and it will give your GUID in return. https://armstalker.com/guid/
It was a pain to setup, since there is so much outdated info out there. If you need help, add me.

As of 8/10/2020 this is how you "Install it"
Okay so all you have to do is the following,

First navigate to this folder on your server-------- Profiles>PermissionsFramework>Players
Now that your there in the players folder.

1) Create two files that end in ".json" this is important, first file is "YourbasicsteamID.json" and "YourGUID.json" replace with your own ID's ofcourse.

2) Now that you have created two files, one named with your basic steam ID, and the other named with your GUID. Open the both files up using notepad ++, or the one your server provides and paste this inside both of them https://pastebin.com/bigsa8j6 and that's it, no seriously that was it.

Hey, I'm struggling too.
I've added you but maybe it would be useful to share the steps here don't you think?

I actually got it to generate in my profiles where community framework is (you have to log into your server to generate it). There's a file you get the GUID in I have to ask my friend who's helping me because I don't remember which file it's in.

FYI for anybody else struggling, if you start the server with these options:

start "DayZ Server" /min DayZServer_x64.exe -config=%serverConfig% -mod=%mods% -port=%serverPort% -profiles=%serverProfile% -cpuCount=%serverCPU% -adminlog -netlog -freezecheck

Then the RPT file will show the guid of players as they log in, and it's in the format you need, except it seems I removed the = character on the end and it works for me.

I get a totally different guid from that site above and as I recall, it did not work.

The RPT file section you want has lines like this:

[StateMachine]: Player Blorpus9000 (dpnid 16413755 uid XXXXXXXXXXX) Entering DBGetLoginTimeLoginState

Where the XXXXXX portion is your guid for the CoT Players folder XXX.json file you need to create and put the contents of the pastebin mentioned on the mod homepage into.
